Welcome to SeemoAi. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of seemoai.com and its related services (the “Service”).
In these Terms, SeemoAi is referred to as we, us, or our.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
If you use SeemoAi on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Our Service
SeemoAi provides tools for AI-assisted content creation, social media scheduling, publishing, and related features.
Features and supported platforms depend on your plan, available integrations, and third-party permissions. We do not guarantee specific engagement levels, follower growth, revenue, or other marketing results.
3. Your Account
You agree to:
Provide accurate and current registration information.
Keep your login credentials confidential.
Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Take reasonable steps to protect your account.
You are responsible for your use of the Service and actions you authorize. Responsibility for unauthorized activity will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, usage limits, applicable taxes, and renewal conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers.
If a plan renews automatically, this will be disclosed before you subscribe.
You may cancel future renewals using the cancellation method provided with your subscription.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Refund eligibility is governed by the refund terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.
Any price changes will be communicated before they apply to a future billing period.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use SeemoAi to:
Publish unlawful content or violate another person’s rights.
Conduct fraud, impersonation, harassment, or deceptive activity.
Distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized communications.
Access accounts or systems without permission.
Interfere with the Service or bypass security controls or usage limits.
Violate the rules of a connected social media platform.
Use unauthorized scripts or automation to extract data or disrupt the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content and publishing activity comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.
6. Your Content
You retain any ownership rights you have in content you upload or submit.
You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and publish that content as necessary to provide the features you request. This includes sending content to connected platforms or service providers where needed to perform your instructions.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary for this processing.
Content already published to third-party platforms remains subject to those platforms’ terms and deletion procedures.
7. AI-Generated Content
AI outputs may contain errors, resemble other content, or be unsuitable for your intended purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them, including checking accuracy, permissions, and compliance with applicable laws.
We do not guarantee that AI outputs are unique, free of third-party rights, or eligible for copyright protection. Any rights in outputs depend on applicable law and relevant provider terms.
Do not submit sensitive information or material you are not authorized to share.
8. Our Intellectual Property
SeemoAi’s branding, interface, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to the Service operator.
Subject to these Terms, you may use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or modify protected parts of the Service without permission, except where applicable law permits.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Connected social networks, AI providers, and payment services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Integrations may change, become unavailable, or be restricted by third-party decisions. Scheduled publishing may fail because of expired permissions, platform outages, account restrictions, or technical errors.
You should monitor important scheduled posts and maintain copies of your content. SeemoAi does not guarantee that third-party platforms will approve or publish every submission.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains applicable cookies and related choices.
You must have appropriate permission or another valid legal basis when providing personal information about other people through the Service.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these Terms, security threats, unlawful activity, non-payment, or legal requirements.
Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary in urgent cases.
You may stop using the Service and request account closure. Closing an account and canceling a subscription may require separate steps, which will be explained through our account or support channels.
Any remaining payment obligations, refund rights, and data-handling obligations will be determined by these Terms and applicable law.
12. Service Availability and Warranties
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but interruptions, maintenance, and errors may occur.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
14. Third-Party Claims
If your unlawful content or material breach of these Terms causes a third-party claim, you may be responsible for resulting losses to the extent established under applicable law.
This provision does not make you responsible for losses caused by our own breach, negligence, or misconduct.
15. Applicable Law and Disputes
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns directly. Any unresolved dispute is subject to the applicable rules on jurisdiction and governing law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change.
We will publish the revised version with an updated date and provide advance notice of material changes where required. Where a change requires your agreement, we will request it.
If you do not accept revised Terms, you may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription, subject to applicable rights.

AI Generation Acceptable Use and Content Safety
You must not request, generate, upload, publish, or distribute sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW images or videos through SeemoAi. This includes explicit sexual acts, sexualized nudity, fetish content, sexual exploitation, and any sexual content involving or appearing to involve minors.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, impersonation or deceptive face manipulation, exploitation or abuse of children, graphic sexual violence, and content that promotes illegal activity, hatred, or violence are prohibited. You must have the necessary rights and consent for any material or likeness you use.
Image-generation prompts are screened through Creem's Content Moderation API before they reach the generation model. Only prompts that receive an allow decision may proceed. Flagged or denied prompts are blocked; if screening is unavailable, generation is temporarily blocked. Do not attempt to bypass these controls. Future prompt-based video generation, if offered, must use the same screening requirements.
You remain responsible for reviewing generated content before use or publication and for complying with applicable laws and the rules of each connected platform. SeemoAi may reject requests, remove prohibited content, or suspend or terminate access for violations. Report suspected misuse to support@seemoai.com.
7-day Pro trial and automatic renewal
New subscribers may start a 7-day Pro trial after completing secure Creem checkout with a valid card. No subscription payment is due at the start of the free trial. The trial begins when checkout is confirmed. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically becomes Pro Monthly and the card is charged USD 25 per month. The checkout shows the exact first billing date and applicable total before confirmation. Customers can manage or cancel their subscription from Plan & Subscription in their SeemoAi dashboard using the Creem billing portal. One trial is available per account. Annual and Agency subscriptions are separate paid options and are not selected automatically by the trial.
